Solar and Lunar eclipses in astrology
The Solar and Lunar eclipses are prominent in Astrology, as they indicate the most important and far reaching events and their period of influence extends over a considerable length of time.

Mars Planet: Specification and astrological point of view
Mars is the nearest planet to the Earth outside its own orbit. It’s diameter is approximately half of the earth around 4215 miles Mars is about 140 million miles away from the Sun and its radiations have great influence on the dynamism of all earthly beings. We all understand that relationships is a very vital sphere for, the humans, but at the same time it is subtle, difficult and vulnerable area; specially if we explore marital relationships we feel that we really do not know the reasons for difficult pattern of marriages and there is something that always remains beyond our control. Further, everywhere in this world relationships have similar human level requirements and compatibility comes in when requirements (somehow hidden in the subconscious mind) meet with fulfilment through the other person. Astrologer can judge and understand all these things while others live life in ignorance and justify the saying that ‘ignorance is bliss’.
I am literally shocked when some astrologically correct combinations end up in the garbage heap due to lack of love between them. I ponder over this point as an astrologer -’can the combination be astrologically correct, if they don’t have love between them? It simply means that there is some flaw and deficient understanding about matching, which needs to be explored extensively.
The ancient texts have considered astrology as a very sacred subject. Somehow, unfortunately in Indian scenario, the greatness of astrology has taken the shape of very low level business. There are several socio-economic factors for this kind of practice. Anyhow, I will not go in details about the reasons for distortion of Indian science of astrology, but it is a fact that these days most of the Indians are losing faith in their own ancient treasure regarding astrology. They have started disapproving the customary match making style through Ashtakoota (Guna) matching, which is actually incomplete and can not peep through the future and quality of a relationship, single handedly.
Only thing that can complete the match making astro norms is more and more research work and nothing else. My efforts are solely in this direction to restore people’s faith in astrology working behind every human act. Then how relationships are not affected? The sole point is to find out the level of compatibility and knowing the flaws and possible causes of breaking up. For example, when the ascendants ( key points of any horoscope)of couples are in 2/12 relation, or are in 6/8th relation mutually, there is every possibility of discontinuity/ breaks/physical separation and the logic is that Lagna stands for physical entity in this world and mutual co-relation of signs is lost when the signs are Dwirdwadasha or Shadashtaka.
If husband has sun in aries and wife too has saturn in aries, there are possible ego clashes between the couple at times and still the relationships may go on affectionately if other planets are posited favourably in mutual horoscopes and Dasha pattern is fine. Here, I think, knowing of positive/negative factors is beneficial for improvement in dealing.
If any person has negative factors for relationships in his/her individual horoscope, then certainly he/she will come across the kind of person who is likely to be painful to the concerned he, or she.
By no means we shall be able to alter the individual horoscopes, good or bad, in relationships, or in other walks of life, like professional, or health matters etc. When we scrutinize astrology, it is the third eye of knowledge and light and knowledge is power. Further, I am applying Ashtakoota, the age old technique in match making in couple cases under consideration.
Then Mars Dosha which is regarded as most dreadful point in match making.
Then afflictions to Mars/Venus, Lagna/7th house and Lagna lord /7th lord, by malefics like Saturn/nodes
Lastly the Astro parameters based on sign linkages and mutual planetary placements, which I selected, are as many as 107 in number and apply in horoscopes of couples, on each and every case under consideration.
The gratification of sexual desires is dependent on the individual horoscope and then the partner’s not only ascendant but all vital points regarding relationships (Mars and Venus, Lagna and 7th house lord ) should and must be favourably disposed in other partner’s horoscope. If one’s Mars is attacked by partner’s Ketu on same degree can the couple persue a long term mutual relationship? I doubt it.
Similarly, if wife’s ascendant is where the husband’s 7th house lord is placed, then there is strong chance of their pursuing the relationship between them and it will be on emotional note, if husband has that sign in trine to his ascendant. However if husband has that 7th lord in 6th house, he may have to suffer due to that wife ruled by that very ascendant. Sign linkage certainly tells that one is going to pursue with such and such person the result can be happiness, or pain. There will be variance in quality of relationship, depending upon other astro factors.
These concepts are applicable to all cultures of the world and there are hundreds of astro factors keeping the relations go. The need is to explore and analyse all these in wider perspective and understanding the other’s requirements and flaws and try to act in besta possible manner to maintain peace. Somehow, the results pertaining to Ashtakoota matching have not been encouraging at all and thus this cannot form the base, leading to the decision of a lifetime like marriage. I have handled as many as 60 cases for Koota matching and found the results, as shown in the chart. The percentage variance between highly compatible cases / low compatibility cases is very small and cannot be depended upon for consideration of matching single handedly.
Secondly, after failing of most authentic and usual consideration of Ashtakoota matching, I tried the efficiency of Mars Dosha, which is again a dreadful point, when horoscopes are being matched. In Mars Dosha too, the results have been very unclear and in all 60 cases considered, including some of high compatibility, some of average compatibility and some of low compatibility the results are not varying and distinct at all. This again points towards that Mars Dosha is not dependable criterion and there is something different which should be depended upon for vital decisions like marriage and many more parameters are waiting to be judged and analysed for further application in this regard.

Conjuction of Saturn and Rahu
Conjuction of Saturn and Rahu such horoscope become (Shrapits). If there is confluence of Saturn and Rahu or if Rahu is in the sight of Satrun then such horoscope becomes Cursed (Shrapit). Because of the past birth's (Shrapit Yoga). Even though there are many good yogas in the horoscope good results are not obtained in this present birth. Though horoscope tallies even then in many cases divorce, being widow or widower Yogas are found. The other reason of it is that the relations between Saturn and Rahu is not taken into consideration and as general practice, Muliplies, Mars, Nadi and the moon are tallied and the marriages are fixed and as such sometime evil results are found. Therefore confluence of the Saturn and the Rahu or the relations of the Saturn and Rahu is necessary to take into consideration.
According to my findings in Astrology most of the horoscope which has a confluence of Saturn and Rahu or Confuction of Rahu and Saturn the person who has this. It is seen that one of the members of his family has died of soul degenerated. And because of that a coconut is established. Every year performing house wife's rites or doing religious ceremony even then this occurs.
A person from Rajpipla came to me some times ago one of his family members died premature and has become Ghost. At present nobody can sleep in the room near the stair case. This Ghost harasses. This gentleman has done many remedies but even then his did not get success. Get done 'Narayan Bali' but there is no recovery in the situation. A theft event occurred in the person's house and the blame came on to his son Naresh and also it was seen that one person is found mentally unsteady. One of his brother left home and had gone some where and the as yet where about in not known. Lastly on the next day of coconut day his one son because of slight mental disorder left home and went away. They went to inquire about the sone. After a month Mr. Mehta from Dakor come with the horoscope of a lost boy.
Whether the lost boy is found or not, that I don't know. Because I tole Mr. Mehta to bring a piece of clothes that he has taken issue and things to be used for vership. Then after we have not met. What i mean to say is that because of Rahu and Saturn cursed Yoga' (Shrapit Yoga). Mental instability occurs. Sometimes a person leaves homes or goes to the other world such come early in the effect of subduiry. The other incident of evil spirit is from hereby of Kothi Falia. In that case one (female) lady died accidently and after that she became evil spririt and all members of the family has been troubled and bothered. Though coconut wad established and proper rites were not performed. Many evil events happende at Mr. Girbatsingh. He was is tussel with his wife which resulted is divorce. His sister went away some where whose where about is not known. In the horoscope of the man the Saturn and the Rahu confluence was found.
The Shrapit Yoga Of Saturn and Rahu Carries On Hereditary
If prevention is not done in the case of the Rahu and the saturn's shrpit Yoga then such Youga comes hereditary. For that I give here a horoscope of Mrs. Shantaben of patli from petlad Taluka. The Shrapit Yoga (Cursed Youga) has come along hereditary.
In the horoscope of the lady (Mrs. Shantaben) in the 8th house there is a confluence of the saturn and the Rahu. Hence Sharapit Yoga (cursed effect) occured. In the fifth-house the Mars, the Jupiter and the Merecury is there. Two sons and a daughter, three issues, but because of the shrapit Yoga (cursed effect) the same shrapit Yoga has carried on is her issues (sons and Daughter) whose great effect resulted in his issues. A son Girish patel. A daughter Bharti patel, Many obstruction came in there study. The sone is married but, because of the Sharapit Yoga (cursed-effect) the situation has reached to the divorce whereas the daughter is still unmarried.
You can observe that thought there is no chance of divorce (partition in the marriage) even then his wife is at her fathers place for three year and the procedure for divorce is going on. In this two horoscope the shrapit Yoga is became cause observe the sight of the saturn is on the Rahu. Over and above the eleventh house for venus is not good. Seventh ascendant venus is in the sight of the eleventh. This Yoga is also to my Astrologer friend. This gentleman did not marry again after the divorce. In the horoscope of the gentleman there is a "Shrapit Yoga" marriage was fixed by tallying the mars, Even then when the saturn was In "Vrukshika" Rasi the divorce took place. After that, second marriage was not possible.
One lady's marriage was settled after tallying the Mars but her husband died in accident. The court case is going on for the Insurance amount, Bank balance salary and graduaty. This is all under obligation of the "Shrapit Yoga" of the Saturn and Rahu.

Keep a lid on it, and cover it.
This pitcher is to be established on a wooden square table cover the table with black cloth, on the cloth put 500 gram wheat and thenput the pitcher on it. After that start worshiping with lighting lamp and incense stick and offering flower, bbil, Gulal on the pitcher. Pitcher, prepare somesweet dish for 'PRASAD' on friday. This PRASAD should be take by only family members.
To prepars this 'Yantra' use Gorochan Ashwagandha, Ashta gandha, Majaly, Bhojpatra, Kesar (Saffron) rose water. (Lajwanti, Yantra must be prepared from the acquainted person. At the time of installation of this pitcher complete chadity is necessary.
This installation must be kept from Fulnoonday (Snd 15th). Every evening worship the pitcher with lighting of lamp and incease stick, flowers and etc. On the 14th evening after worshiping fully gather all the tings alongwith the pitcher in the black coth tie it and then go out of the city or village make a circle with milk and water miled liquid and keep the pitcher in it. हिंदू संस्कृति में पंचांग का महत्व
हिंदू संस्कृति में पंचांग का अपना विशेष महत्व है। जीवन के विभिन्न संस्कारों, यात्राओं, किसी कार्य के आरंभ आदि में पंचांग की सहायता ली जाती है। उद्देश्य केवल एक होता है - व्यक्ति और समाज के जीवन को सुखमय बनाना। अयन, विषुव, ऋतु, सौर एवं चंद्र, पक्ष, तिथि (सूर्य एवं चंद्र उदयास्त सहित), दिनमान, रात्रिमान और नक्षत्र पंचांग के मुख्य अंग हैं। इन सारे तथ्यों का विश्लेषण गणित के आधार पर किया जाता है। सौर मास से संक्रांतियां, षष्ठि, संवत्सर और वारों के आकलन को भी इस व्यवस्था से जोड़कर तिथिपत्रकों के क्षेत्र को और अधिक विस्तृत कर दिया गया। वैदिक व्यवस्था में इनका कोई संदर्भ नहीं है। कालगणना में परिशुद्धता के लिए इन्हें अपनाया गया है। ऋग्वेद में ‘उक्षा दाधार पृथ्वीमुतद्याम’ कहा गया है। अर्थात सूर्य पृथ्वी को धारण किए हुए है। यह यथार्थ भी है। सूर्य के आकर्षण से निर्धारित एक नियत मार्ग में पृथ्वी सतत विचरण करती है। पृथ्वी पर से सूर्य जिस मार्ग पर चलता हुआ प्रतीत होता है, उसे जयोतिष की पारिभाषिक शब्दावली में क्रांतिवृŸा कहते हैं। इस क्रांतिवृत्त मार्ग के इधर-उधर 9 अंश से बने विस्तार को भचक्र कहते हैं। पृथ्वी की नियत गति के अनुसार अयन, विषुव, ऋतु एवं दिन-रात होते हैं। संक्रांतियों के निर्धारण और पंचांग, जिसे तिथिपत्रक और पत्रा भी कहते हैं, की परिशुद्धता में अयन और विषुव तिथियों की भूमिका अहम होती है। जिस प्रकार पृथ्वी के सापेक्ष सूर्य क्रांतिवृत्ति में रहता है उसी प्रकार पृथ्वी के सापेक्ष चंद्र अपने मंडल में भ्रमण करता है। चंद्र अधिक गतिमान है और वह जब सूर्य से 12 अंशों के अंतर पर आता है, तब एक तिथि का निर्माण पूरा करता है। इस प्रकार किसी भी तिथिपत्रक की गणना के मुख्य आधार सूर्य, चंद्र और पृथ्वी ही हैं। एक चैथा घटक भी है और वह है नक्षत्र। ये नक्षत्र मुख्यतः 28 हैं। किसी आर्ष तिथिपत्रक हेतु ऋतु संबंध व्यवस्था अपनाना अनिवार्य है। पूरी छः ऋतुओं को उत्तारायण तथा दक्षिणायन और वसंत तथा शरद संपात के विषुव बिंदुओं से नियंत्रित किया गया है। ये सभी बिंदु सही पंचांग की कसौटी हैं। अयनस्योत्तर स्यादौ मकरं याति भास्करः। ततः कुंभं च मीनं च राशे राश्यान्तरं द्विजः।। अर्थात उत्तारायण की शुरुआत के साथ भास्कर का मकर में प्रवेश माना जाए। इस तथ्य को गणित के आधार पर भी सिद्ध किया जा सकता है। इसी प्रकार शिवमहापुराण के श्लोक ‘तस्माद् दशगुणज्ञेयं रवि संक्रमणेबुधाः। विषुवे तद्दशगुणमयनेतद्दशस्मृतम्।।’ में यही बात स्पष्ट करते हुए भगवान शिव ने विषुव और अयन तिथियों को संक्रांतियों के साथ जोड़ते हुए उपदेश किया है। वराहमिहिर कहा है उद्गयनं मकरादौ ऋतवः शिशिरादयश्च सूर्यवशात्। द्विभवनं काल समान दक्षिण मयनं च कर्कटकात् ।।25।। सार यह है कि उत्तारायण घटित होते ही सूर्य की मकर संक्रांति भी होगी। वास्तव मेंउत्तारायण सूर्य की परमक्रांति (दक्षिण) का फलित है और इस परमक्रांति का फलित है सूर्य का 270 अंश पर पहुंचना। इसी परमक्रांति के कारण उस दिन पृथ्वी के उत्तरी गोलार्ध में दिनमान न्यूनतम और रात्रिमान अधिकतम होता है। इसके अतिरिक्त इस दिन सूर्य मकर वृत्त पर होता है अर्थात प्रतिच्छाया के रूप में निर्धारित मकर रेखा के ऊपर खड़े आपकी छाया का लोप होगा। आसमान में परमक्रांति, धरती पर प्रत्यक्ष सर्वाधिक असमान दिनरात और मकर या कर्क संक्रांति के दिन मकर या कर्क रेखा पर छाया लोप, ये तीन बातें मकर या कर्क संक्रांति और उŸारायण या दक्षिणायन की साक्षात पहचान हैं। ग्रेगोरी कैलेंडर के अनुसार ये तिथियां 21-22 दिसंबर या 21-22 जून बनती हैं और इसी दिन शुरू होते हैं शिशिर ऋतु एवं तपस मास तथा वर्षा ऋतु एवं नभ् मास। चांद्र द्रमास निर्धारण इन संक्रांतियों की अनुवर्ती व्यवस्था है। तात्पर्य यह है कि तपस मास की उक्त संक्रांति घटित हो जाने पर जो शुक्ल पक्ष आएगा वही माघ शुक्ल पक्ष होगा। इसी प्रकार नभस संक्रांति से श्रवण शुक्ल पक्ष को समझना चाहिए। स्यात्दादि युगं माघ स्तपः शुक्लो दिन। दिनंत्यचः।।6।। (यजुर्वेदांग ज्यो.) यहां यह भी जान लेना चाहिए कि जनवरी में कभी सूर्य का परमक्रांति पर पहुंचना संभव नहीं है, अस्तु वहां तक (जनवरी में किसी भी दिन 1 से 31 तारीख तक) संक्रांति भी असंभव है। अगर कोई पंचांग या तिथिपत्रक 21-22 दिसंबर से हटकर कभी भी मकर संक्रांति दिखाए ऊपर वर्णित मानकों पर वह असफल कहलाएगा और उसे हम एक ही तिथिपत्रक नहीं कह सकते। आप उस पंचांग में दिनमान और रात्रिमान देखें। अगर लघुतम दिनमान से हटकर मकर संक्रांति दिखाई गई है, तो उस पंचांग के गलत होने में कोई संदेह नहीं। उसी प्रकार उत्तर से दक्षिण क्रांति में आते हुए या दक्षिण से उत्तर क्रांति में जाते हुए सूर्य पृथ्वी के सापेक्ष दो बार शून्य क्रांति पर आता है। सूर्य उस दिन विषुवत रेखा पर होगा। इसीसे उस दिन को विषुव, विषुवत या पहाड़ी बोली में बिखोत कहा जाता है। इस दिन सारे भूमंडल में दिन और रात बराबर होते हैं। यही नहीं, इस दिन भूमध्य रेखा पर खड़े व्यक्ति का छायालोप भी होगा। यह इतनी प्रामाणिक तिथि है कि ठीक मध्याह्न में आप अपने स्थान पर किसी भी छड़ी की छाया से अपने स्थान का शुद्धतम भूपृष्ठीय अक्षांश भी जान सकते हैं। ये दिन वसंत ऋतु के संदर्भ का उक्त बिंदु होते हैं। अंग्रेजी कैलेंडर की वर्तमान व्यवस्था के अनुसार यह दिन 20-21 मार्च ही वैशाखी कहलाता है। अस्तु किसी भी पंचांग में दिनमान और रात्रिमान का बराबर होना देखें। यदि वह 20-21 मार्च को ही हो और वह पंचांग वैशाखी या वैशाख संक्रांति अप्रैल में बता रहा हो, तो निश्चित जानिए कि वह पंचांग सर्वथा गलत है। यहां आप यह भी देख सकते हैं कि अयन और विषुवों की चार संक्रांतियां ईस्वी कैलेंडर में कहां हो रही हैं। ध्यान रखें कि कोई भी संक्रांति अगर किसी भी माह की 21-22 तारीख को होगी तो कोई भी अन्य संक्रांति किसी भी अन्य माह की 14-15 तारीख को नहीं हो सकती या फिर तभी हो सकती है यदि अगला महीना कम से कम 23-24 या 53-54 दिनों का हो, जो कि व्यवस्थांर्गत नहीं है। आजकल हम आचार्य मुंजाल की तरह ध्रुवों की मदद से गणित कर ग्रहों की स्थिति प्राप्त नहीं कर रहे हैं जैसे कि लघुमानस के ये ग्रंथकार अपने समय में करने को मजबूर थे। उन्होंने पाया कि गणित में वर्णित स्थितियां वास्तविक अयन एवं विषुव बिंदुओं में सूर्य की स्थिति से मेल नहीं खा रही थीं अपितु एक निश्चित अंतर वर्ष भर बना रहता था। तकनीकी अभाव के कारण सही गणित में न पहुंच पाने से आचार्य मुंजाल को एक नियम बनाना पड़ा जिसमें इस ऊपर वर्णित अंतर को नियमानुसार घटा करके ही दृक स्थिति के तुल्य परिणाम हासिल करना होता था। यदि हम भी आज गणितागत स्थितियों को ले रहे होते, तो हमें भी वही कुछ करना पड़ता जो उन्होंने किया। किंतु हम आज गणितागत नहीं अपितु आधुनिक सूक्ष्म वेधशालाओं से प्राप्त दृक् स्थितियां ही लेते हैं, जिनमें किसी प्रकार के धु्रवांक संशोधन (बीज संस्कार) की आवश्यकता नहीं रह जाती। इस प्रकार यदि कोई पंचांगकर्ता वेधशालाओं से दृक् स्थितियों को लेकर पुनः उसमें किसी भी तरह का संशोधन करता है, तो वह संशोधन सुधार के निम्मितन होकर वास्तव में विकृति का हेतु बनता है। ऐसी विकृत स्थितियों पर आधारित पंचांगों को आधुनिक भाषा में निरयन पंचांग कहकर पुकारा जाता है। अस्तु सही पंचांग के लिए दृक् स्थिति अर्थात सायन का होना आवश्यक है। इस प्रकार जो तिथिपत्रक या पत्रा संक्रांतियों की सही जानकारी देे, चांद्र मासों और नक्षत्रों की यथार्थ पहचान के साथ जानकारी दे, वही सही तिथिपत्रक होगा और वही सही व्रत-पर्वों और त्योहारों की जानकारी दे सकता है। यही नहीं, सही ऋतुबोध एवं मलमास आदि की सही जानकारी भी ऐसे ही किसी सही तिथिपत्रक से मिल सकती है। तात्पर्य यह कि पंचांग अथवा तिथिपत्रक की परिशुद्धता के लिए उसका गणितीय विश्लेषण पर आधारित होना आवश्यक है।

ज्योतिष विद्या का मेरुदंड ”नक्षत्र“ है। ऋषियों एवं आचार्यों ने सर्वप्रथम नक्षत्र आधारित ज्योतिषीय सिद्धांत ही प्रतिपादित किए थे। ”न क्षरति न सरति इति नक्षत्र“। नक्षत्रों के विभिन्न विभाजनों पर आधारित फलित के सूत्र दिए गए हैं। इसी में एक विभाजन 3020‘ या 200 कला का है। यहां 27 नक्षत्र 108 चरणों में विभक्त हैं। विशेष स्थिति का नक्षत्र विशेष फलद होता है और सूक्ष्मता के लिए नक्षत्र का विशेष चरण महत्वपूर्ण होता है। जैसे 64वां चरण (नवांश) अति प्रचारित है जो आपके संज्ञान में होगा। 27 नक्षत्रों में निम्नलिखित नक्षत्र विशेष फलद् होते हैं। 1. जन्म कालीन चंद्र नक्षत्र जन्म नक्षत्र 2.जन्म नक्षत्र से दसवां नक्षत्र कर्म नक्षत्र 3.जन्म नक्षत्र से सोलहवां नक्षत्र सोद्यतिक नक्षत्र 4. जन्म नक्षत्र से अट्ठारहवां नक्षत्र मुदायिक नक्षत्र 5. जन्म नक्षत्र से तेईसवां नक्षत्र वैनाशिक नक्षत्र 6.जन्म नक्षत्र से पच्चीसवां नक्षत्र मानस नक्षत्र नक्षत्रों को निम्नलिखित सात संज्ञाओं में विभाजित किया गया है: 1.जन्म, 2. सम्पत, 3. विपत, 4. क्षेम, 5. प्रत्यरि, 6. साधक, 7. वध, 8. मैत्र, 9. अतिमैत्र इनमें 3, 5 और 7 कष्टकारी कहलाते हैं और 88वां चरण विशेष रूप से कष्टप्रद बतलाया गया है। ”वैनाशिकं त्रयोविंशं वराहमिहिरोदितम“।। 88 पाद: ”प्रश्न मार्ग“ के प्रथम अध्याय की श्लोक संख्या 30 में भी इस 88वें चरण का विशेष रूप से उल्लेख किया गया है। प्रश्नमार्ग एक सर्वथा प्रामाणिक ग्रंथ है। यह केवल प्रश्न संबंधी ज्योतिष का ग्रंथ नहीं है जैसा नाम से लगता है। इसमें प्रतिपादित सिद्धांत/सूत्र ज्योतिष की सभी विधाओं में अनुकरणीय हैं। स्व. डाॅ. बी. वी. रमन (जिनका नाम ज्योतिष जगत में प्रकाश पुंज की तरह देदीप्यमान रहेगा) ने ”प्रश्नमार्ग“ की अपनी प्रस्तावना में इसका विशद उल्लेख किया है। इस 88वें चरण की महत्ता से प्रभावित होकर अंग्रेजी साहित्य ने तो इसे अपने शब्द कोष में शामिल कर लिया। यदि 108 चरणों को 12 भावों में रखेंगे तो: प्रथम भाव में जो चरण पड़ेगे: 1,13,25,37,49,61,73,85 और 97वां चरण। चतुर्थ भाव में जो चरण पड़ेंगे: 4, 16, 28, 40, 52, 64, 76, 88 वां एवं 100 वां चरण। अब संज्ञान में लें: चतुर्थ भाव, 64वां एवं 88वां चरण: चतुर्थ भाव को पाताल, कहते हैं। इसी तरह 64वां चरण एक बहुप्रचारित कष्टप्रद बिंदु है। उसी श्रेणी या कुछ अधिक अंशों तक यह 88वां चरण भी है। मेरी व्यक्तिगत गणनाओं में इस विशेष 88वें चरण में (290 से 293.200) गोचरस्थ ग्रह कोई न कोई घटना अवश्य देता है। मैंने अपनी गणना में केवल विशेष प्रभाव के लिए ”गुरु, शनि, राहु और केतु“ के संचरण का विश्लेषण किया है। घटना की गहनता एवं सघनता ग्रहों की तात्कालिक स्थिति, जन्मकालीन ग्रहों से उनकी कोणीय स्थिति एवं ग्रहों के स्वामित्व वाले भावों आदि पर निर्भर करती है। राहु-केतु के संबंध में लघु पाराशरी का सूत्र 13 संज्ञान में रखें। ”यद यद भाव गतोऽपि यद यद भावेश संयुता।“ ़ऋषियों ने सूक्ष्म विवेचन हेतु इस 88वें चरण पर गोचरस्थ ग्रह के केवल नकारात्मक या अशुभ लक्षण ही बताए हैं। परंतु मेरी गणना में सकारामक एवं नकारात्मक (शुभ और अशुभ) दोनों प्रकार के लक्षण मिले। इससे यह अर्थ कदापि न लें कि ऋषियों की बात गलत है। वस्तुतः मेरी विवेचना में ही कलियुगीन प्रभाव है और देश-काल-पात्र का मेरी मान्यताओं पर भी असर है। उदाहरणस्वरूप आजकल आर्थिक संपन्नता एवं भौतिकता को शुभता की श्रेणी में रखा जाता है जबकि पूर्व काल में सांसारिकता एवं भौतिकता को अशुभता के लक्षणों में स्थान दिया जाता था। अंतर मान्यताओं एवं प्राथमिकताओं का है। शुक्र, मंगल, सूर्य, बुध एवं चंद्र का संचरण इस 88वें चरण पर जब-जब होगा उसका भी प्रभाव आप अनुभव करेंगे। प्रत्येक माह इस पर दृष्टि रखें और अंतर अनुभव करें। विशेष: यदि लग्न कुंडली बलवती हो तो लग्न नक्षत्र से और यदि चंद्र कुंडली बलवती हो तो चंद्र नक्षत्र से गणना करें।
बच्चों का पढाई में मन क्यूँ नहीं लगता : ज्योतिष्य विश्लेषण
बच्चों के पढ़ाई में मन नहीं लगने के कारण माता-पिता चिंतित रहते हैं, जो स्वाभाविक है। इसका एक कारण चित्त की चंचलता हो सकती है। दूसरा कारण मन के कारक चंद्र का दुर्बल होना होता है। वहीं मन का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाले दूसरे भाव या उसके स्वामी का पीड़ित होना भी इसका एक कारण है। शिक्षा के कारण ग्रहों बृहस्पति (ज्ञान) और बुध (बुद्धि) अशुभ होने की स्थिति में भी जातक की शिक्षा अधूरी रह सकती है। यहां मन के कारक चंद्र की उन विभिन्न स्थितियों का संक्षिप्त विवरण प्रस्तुत है, जिनके फलस्वरूप जातक का मन पढ़ाई में नहीं लगता या फिर उसकी शिक्षा अधूरी रह जाती है। चंद्र की केमदु्रम योग (चंद्रमा के आगे पीछे कोई ग्रह ना हो, राहु, केतु छोड़कर) में स्थिति। चंद्र की क्षीणावस्था।चंद्र का अस्त होना या पापकर्तरी योग में होना। चंद्र का पाप ग्रहों से पीड़ित होना।चंद्र का ग्रहण योग में होना।राहु, केतु, शनि और सूर्य के साथ चंद्र की युति। कई छात्रों को अत्यधिक परिश्रम के बावजूद अंक कम मिलते हैं। इसका भी कोई विशेष कारण हो सकता है। इस कारण को जानने के लिए लग्न (शरीर), द्वितीय भाव (मन), तृतीय भाव (पराक्रम), चतुर्थ (बु़िद्ध), पंचम (शिक्षा) तथा षष्ठ (प्रतियोगिता) भावों के अलावा तृतीय भाव तथा सूर्य (मनोबल) और चंद्र (मानसिक बल) का विश्लेषण करना आवश्यक है। षष्ठेश की स्थिति का विशेष रूप से विश्लेषण करना चाहिए। द्वितीयेश व चुतर्थेश शुभ हों तो जातक प्रबल स्मरण शक्ति का स्वामी होता है। द्वितीयेश और चतुर्थेश का संबंध षष्ठेश, अष्टमेश और द्वादशेश से हो, तो स्मरण शक्ति कमजोर होती है। छात्रगण के लाभार्थ शिक्षा में अवरोध को दूर करने और परीक्षा में वांछित फल की प्राप्ति के कुछ उपाय यहां प्रस्तुत हैं।एकाग्रता हेतु: नित्य मां के चरण स्पर्श करें और सोम सोमाय नमः का जप करें।परिश्रम के अनुरूप अंक प्राप्ति हेतु: किसी योग्य ज्योतिर्विद के परामर्श के अनुरूप लग्नेश या पंचमेश का रत्न या उपरत्न धारण करें। स्मरण शक्ति को सुदृढ़ करने हेतु: पन्ना धारण करें और ऐं सरस्वत्यै नमः का जप करें। अच्छे अंक की प्राप्ति हेतु: लग्न (लक्ष्य), सूर्य (मनोबल) और चंद्र (मन) अनुकूल हों, तो छात्र को अच्छे अंक प्राप्त होते हैं। आत्मविश्वास को मजबूत करने के लिए पिता के चरण स्पर्श करें और सूर्य को अघ्र्य दें। पढ़ाई पर अधिक ध्यान दें, किंतु साथ ही थोड़ा समय खेल, परिवार और मित्रों के लिए भी निकालें। प्रसन्नचित्त रहें और शाकाहारी तथा पौष्टिक भोजन लें। मन की चंचलता दूर करने हेतु: लौंग को अपने ऊपर से 7 बार उतार कर बाहरी सड़क पर फेंक दें, मन की चंचलता दूर और निर्णय क्षमता सुदृढ़ होगी। शिक्षा संबंधी किसी भी कष्ट से मुक्ति हेतु: गणेश को प्रतिदिन 3 से 5 पत्तियों वाली दूर्वा चढ़ाएं और उनके द्वादश नामों का पाठ करें। इससे मन शांत तथा अनुकूल रहेगा और शिक्षा में आने वाली रुकावटें दूर होंगी।

नींद ना आना परेषानियों की जड़ कारण आपकी कुंडली में -
शरीर थकावट से चूर-चूर है, पर दिन भर के कामकाज के बाद रात में जब आप बिस्तर पर जाती हैं तो नींद को आंखों से कोसों दूर पाती हैं। आखिर नींद न आने का क्या है कारण क्या है
दिन भर की थकान के बाद हर व्यक्ति की यही इच्छा होती है कि उसे अच्छी और भरपूर नींद आए, लेकिन तब काफी तकलीफदेह स्थिति होती है, जब सोने की सारी कोशिशें बेकार होती नजर आती हैं। डॉक्टर्स का कहना है कि रात में 7-8 घंटे की नींद अच्छे स्वास्थ्य के लिए जरूरी है। ऐसे में ठीक से नींद न आना वाकई एक गंभीर समस्या है। अनिद्रा को हल्के में नहीं लेना चाहिए। इससे कई तरह की बीमारियां हो सकती हैं। नींद की कमी से एकाग्रता में कमी, कई तरह के परेशानियां, पेट की गड़बड़ी, आंखों के नीचे काले घेरे, उल्टी, चिड़चिड़ापन आदि समस्या हो सकती हैं। इसलिए आप अच्छी और सुकून की नींद से समझौता बिल्कुल न करें, क्योंकि भरपूर नींद हमारे शारीरिक और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य के लिए जरूरी है।आज हर कोई अपनी जिंदगी में तनाव का शिकार है। यह तनाव ही है जो इंसान की नींद में खलल डालता है, और उसे चैन से सोने नही देता है। नींद नही आना सेहत के लिए अच्छे संकेत नही हैं अगर आप भरपूर नींद नहीं ले पा रहे हैं तो निष्चय ही आप गंभीर बीमारियों के शिकार हो सकते हैं, आपके रिष्ते खराब हो सकते हैं साथ ही आपके कार्य की गुणवत्ता प्रभावित होने से आपके कैरियर में भी खराबी आ सकती हैं अतः यदि आप भी नींद ना आने के कारण परेषान हैं तो अपनी कुंडली दिखायें यदि आपकी कुंडली में द्ववादषेष विपरीत कारक हो अथवा बुध की दषा चल रही हो तो नींद में खलल आ सकती है जिसके कारण आपको विभिन्न कष्ट उठाने पड़ सकते हैं अतः आप अपने लिए ज्योतिषीय सलाह लेकर नींद को संतुलित करें और पायें सुख की नींद....

फलादेश मे कारक ग्रहों का महत्व
जन्म कुण्डली के बारह भावों से भिन्न-भिन्न बातों को देखा जाता है। ज्योतिष का मूल नियम यह है कि भाव की शुभाशुभता का विचार भाव और भावेश की बलवत्ता और उस पर पड़ने वाली अन्य ग्रहों की युति एवं दृष्टि द्वारा निर्णित होता है साथ ही नित्य कारक ग्रहों से भी भाव की शुभाशुभता का विचार करते हैं। इस प्रकार भाव, भावेश और कारक इन तीनों के संयुक्त प्रभाव के फलस्वरूप भाव फल का निश्चय किया जाता है। यहां हम कारक और उनके महत्व की चर्चा करेंगे। कारक दो प्रकार के होते हैं- स्थिर कारक और चर कारक। स्थिर कारक का अर्थ यह है कि किसी भी लग्न की कुण्डली हो और कोई भी राशि जातक की हो स्थिर कारक में कोई अन्तर नहीं आता है अर्थात् स्थिर कारक ग्रह अंशादि सापेक्ष नहीं है। पितृ कारक ग्रह वह है जो सूर्य और शुक्र में बली हो अर्थात् सूर्य और शुक्र की स्थिति जातक की कुण्डली में क्या है इस पर विचारोपरान्त दोनों में जो बली सिद्ध होगा वही ग्रह पितृकारक माने जायेंगे। मातृकारक ग्रह वह है जो चन्द्रमा और शुक्र में बलवान सिद्ध होता है। इसी प्रकार मंगल ग्रह से बहन, साला, छोटे भाई का विचार किया जाता है। बुध ग्रह से चाची, गुरु से पितामह का, शुक्र से स्वामी का और शनि से पुत्र, पिता, सास-ससुर, मातामह, मातामही आदि तत्समान जनों का विचार करना चाहिए। इसके अतिरिक्त बारह भावों के भी कारक कहे गये हैं- लग्न अथवा प्रथम भाव का कारक सूर्य है। द्वितीय भाव का गुरु, तृतीय भाव का मंगल, चतुर्थ भाव का चंद्रमा, पंचम भाव का गुरु, छठे भाव का मंगल, सप्तम भाव का शुक्र, अष्टम भाव का शनि, नवम भाव का गुरु, दशम भाव का बुध, एकादश भाव का गुरु और द्वादश भाव का कारक शनि है इन स्थिर कारकों के बाद चर कारक का प्रसंग आता है। चर कारक ग्रह वह हैं जो जातकों के कुण्डलियों में उनके ग्रहांशों के आधार पर निर्णित होते हैं। चूंकि अलग-अलग कुण्डलियों में ग्रह के अंशादि अलग-अलग होते हैं इसलिए ये कारक भी स्थिर न होकर बदलते रहते हैं। जन्म पत्रिकाओं मंे जिस ग्रह का अंश सबसे अधिक होता है वह आत्मकारक कहलाते हैं। उससे कम अंशादि वाला ग्रह अमात्य कारक अर्थात् मंत्री, उससे कम अंशादि वाला ग्रह भातृ कारक, उससे कम अंश वाला ग्रह मातृकारक, उससे कम अंश वाला ग्रह पितृकारक, उससे न्यून अंश वाला ग्रह पुत्र कारक, उससे कम अंश वाला ग्रह ज्ञाति कारक और उससे भी कम अंश वाला ग्रह दारा कारक होता है। कुछ विद्वान मातृ कारक और पुत्र कारक ग्रह एक ही मानते हैं। चर कारक निश्चय करने में अंश से लेकर विकला तक विचार करना चाहिए। यदि ग्रह एक ही कारक के प्रतिनिधि माने जाते हैं। इस स्थिति में उससे आगे वाले कारक का लोप हो जाता है। तब उस कारकत्व का निर्णय स्थिर कारक से करने का विधान शास्त्रों ने दिया है। उपरोक्त चर कारक आठ हो गए हैं परन्तु ग्रहों की संख्या रवि से शनि पर्यन्त सात ही है। अतः विद्वान राहु को भी चर कारक निर्णय में स्थान देते हैं। परन्तु राहु के कारक विचार में राहु के अंश को 30 डिग्री में से घटाकर समझना चाहिए क्योंकि राहु सदैव उल्टा चलता है।
ग्रहों का राशियों पर प्रभाव
ग्रहों के स्वभावानुसार उनके बलाबल को निश्चित करने में ग्रहों द्वारा अधिष्ठित राशि बहुत महत्व रखती है। दूसरे शब्दों में ग्रहों की कार्य प्रणाली, ग्रहों द्वारा अधिष्ठित राशि के तत्वों, राशि कार्य की रीति या ढंग तथा राशि की ध्रुवता पर निर्भर होती है। ग्रह तो केवल विशेष प्रकार के ऊर्जा पुंज हैं। इन ऊर्जा पुंजों को गति, अभिव्यक्ति व क्रियाशीलता तो उनके द्वारा अधिष्ठित राशियों के गुण धर्मों के अनुरूप ही होती है। राशि तत्व उस राशि में ग्रह के चेतन तत्व की अभिव्यक्ति को दर्शाता है। अर्थात् वह गुण या जातक भौतिक व सांसारिक रूप से अपने आपको किस प्रकार व्यक्त करना चाहता है, यह बताता है। 1. अंतज्र्ञान प्रकार यह जातक कोई बात, विषय, विचार या समस्या जो सामने है, उनका उद्गम् कहां से है तथा परिणाम क्या होगा, यह सब अंतज्र्ञान द्व ारा जान लेते हैं। इन्हें गहराई से विश्लेषण कर जानने की आवश्यकता नहीं होती चूंकि अंतप्र्रज्ञा सटीक होती है तथा अन्तप्र्रज्ञा से ही बातों व योजनाओं के पीछे छिपे मन्तव्यों को जान लेते हैं। अंतज्र्ञान प्रकार में अग्नि तत्व की गतिशीलता होती है। 2. व्यावहारिक प्रकार यहां व्यक्ति किसी भी बात, विषय व समस्या पर परंपरागत व व्यावहारिक रूप से सोचता है व अपने विचार व्यक्त करता है। यहां इंद्रिय-स्पर्श द्वारा जानना व संतुष्ट होना, जैसे कि कठोरता, तीखापन, सर्दी-गर्मी आदि महत्व रखता है। यहां स्पर्शजन्य ठोस सत्य बोध प्रमुख होता है। जो बात इंद्रिय-स्पर्श व भौतिक यथार्थ की कसौटी पर खरी न उतरती हो जातक उसे नहीं मानता व उस दिशा में कार्यरत होने से बचता है। यहां जातक के प्रत्येक कार्य के पीछे भौतिक व आर्थिक सुरक्षा ही प्रमुख केंद्र बिंदु होती है। जातक केवल वर्तमान में रहता है व तुरंत कार्य फल का अभिलाषी होता है। जातक भविष्य की योजनाओं के विषय में शंकित रहता है। व्यावहारिक प्रकार में पृथ्वी तत्व की गतिशीलता है। 3. चिन्तन-मनन प्रकार यहां जातक जो बात, विचार, विषय या योजना प्रत्यक्ष है, उसके विषय में सत्य अन्वेषी होता है तथा उसे वर्तमान जीवन में आर्थिक व बौद्धिक लाभ-हानि के संदर्भ में जानने व समझने को प्रयासरत होता है। साथ ही यह जातक प्रत्यक्ष विषयों, योजनाओं व समस्याओं को सैद्धांतिक व तार्किक रूप से विश्लेषण कर जानने का प्रयास करता है। अन्य जातक क्या कर रहे हैं और क्यों कर रहे हैं तथा जातक स्वयं भी क्या कर रहा है और क्यों कर रहा है, सभी को तर्क की कसौटी पर कसता है। इस जातक द्वारा किसी भी बात व कार्य को आदर्श बौद्धिक विश्लेषण के पश्चात् ही क्रियान्वित किया जाता है। चिंतन-मनन प्रकार में वायु तत्व की गतिशीलता है। 4. भावनात्मक प्रकार यहां जातक जो कुछ भावनात्मक रूप से ग्रहण करता है, उसे अपनी कल्पनानुसार विस्तारित कर अनुभव करता है अर्थात् सुख-दुख दोनों को ही अपनी कल्पनानुसार विस्तारित कर ग्रहण करता है या नकारता है। यहां भावनात्मक मूल्य प्रमुख होते हैं। यह जातक चेतन रूप से बिना जाने ही जीवन के सूक्ष्म उतार चढ़ाव व विश्वासों को अवचेतन मन में अवशोषित कर लेता है। इस जातक की चित्तवृति, भाव व इरादा तथा वह प्रत्यक्ष बातों व समस्याओं को किस प्रकार ले रहा है, इसकी भाव-भंगिमा व शारीरिक भाषा से तुरंत जाना जा सकता है। भावना प्रधान प्रकार में जल तत्व की गतिशीलता है। एक ही तत्व प्रधान राशियों में स्थित ग्रह सांसारिक व भौतिक रूप से केवल उसी तत्व की प्रधानता अनुरूप क्रियाशील होकर फल देते हैं तथा उनमें आपसी समझ व तालमेल होता है, चाहे वे दृष्टि के प्रभाव क्षेत्र में हों या न हों। उदाहरणार्थ सिंह राशि स्थित ग्रह सांसारिक रूप से धनु राशि स्थित ग्रह से सहज ही रहता है, चूंकि तत्व एक ही है। सिंह व धनु राशियों की कार्य विधि विभिन्न हैं। यहां कार्य-विधि या रीति का अर्थ है उपरोक्त राशियों स्थित ग्रह समस्याओं के निष्पादन में किस प्रकार क्रियात्मक रूप से क्रियाशील होते हैं। कार्य-विधि के तीन प्रकार हैंः- 1. चार विधि चर राशि स्थित ग्रह स्वयं पहल करते हैं अर्थात् चर राशि प्रधान जातक समस्याओं से निबटने में व कोई नया कार्य प्रारंभ करने में स्वयं पहल करते हैं। उदाहरण के लिए विद्रोह करने व प्रतिस्पर्धा करने के लिए भी तो आपको अन्य लोगों की आवश्यकता होगी। मेष राशि चुनौती देने या व्रिदोह करने में गतिशील होती है। कर्क राशि भावनाओं का आवेग अनुभव करने में गतिशील होती है। तुला राशि समझौता व शांति स्थापित करने में गतिशील होती है। मकर राशि अपनी योजनाओं के व्यावहारिक क्रियान्वयन में गतिशील होती है। 2. स्थिर विधि चर विधि के विपरीत ये जातक स्वहित को ध्यान में रखकर ही सांसारिक व भौतिक विषयों व समस्याओं पर क्रियान्वयन करते हैं। जब तक समस्या निबट न ले या इच्छित ध्येय प्राप्त न हो जाए, बाहरी वातावरण व नातों रिश्तों से अलग रहते हैं। ये असामाजिक तो नहीं होते परंतु किसी विषय पर निर्णय लेने में समय लेते हैं तथा स्थापित मापदंडों व व्यावहारिकता को ध्यान में रखकर निर्णय लेते हैं। 3. द्विस्वभाव विधि ये जातक सांसारिक व भौतिक समस्याओं से निबटने के सभी मार्ग अपनाते हैं तथा अन्य व्यक्तियों द्व ारा दिये सुझावों से समझते हैं कि रास्ता मिल गया व समस्या का निदान हो गया समझो। ये समस्याओं की गंभीरता को कम आंकते हुए इधर-उधर की बातों में लगे रहते हैं। फिर भी इनमें सामथ्र्य होता है देर से ही, समस्या की गहराई जानकर उसका निदान कर ही लेते हैं। वे जातक जिनके अनेक ग्रह एक ही कार्य विधि दर्शाती अनेक राशियों में हों तो समस्याओं से एक ही विधि से निबटते हैं। समस्याओं को देखने व उनसे अभिमुख होने का प्रकार राशि तत्व के अधीन है। उदाहरणार्थ मेष व मकर राशियां लें, ये दोनों राशियां सांसारिक समस्याओं व अन्य विषयों को अलग-अलग ढंग से देखते हैं परंतु निबटती एक ही प्रकार से हैं। मेष व मकर राशियों की कार्य रीतियों में एक अलग अंतर है राशि धु्रवता का अलग-अलग होना। मेष राशि धनात्मक व मकर राशि ऋणात्मक धु्रवता की है। 1. धनात्मक राशि प्रधान जातक या इस राशि में स्थित ग्रह अपनी ओर से पहल करते हुए क्रियाशील होते हैं। ये प्रतीक्षा नहीं कर सकते, कुछ करने को उद्यत रहते हैं व पतवार अपने हाथ में रखते हैं। इस ध्रुवता के अधीन अग्नि व वायु तत्व आते हैं। 2. ऋणात्मक राशि प्रधान जातक या इस राशि में स्थित ग्रह पहले विचार करते हैं कि त्रुटि कहां है। फिर समय लेते हुए तथा आसपास के वातावरण से संतुष्ट होकर व आश्वस्त होकर प्रतिक्रिया करते हैं। ये क्रियाशील होने के लिए उचित समय की प्रतीक्षा करते हैं। इस ध्रुवता के अधीन पृथ्वी व जल तत्व राशियां आती हैं। जब व्यक्ति की मनोदशा किसी एक विषय को लेकर क्रियाशील होती है तो अन्य सभी ग्रह जो विषय से संबंधित ग्रह से दृष्टि संबंध बनाते हैं, वे भी उस विषय में योगदान देते हैं या विरोध में कूद पड़ते हैं अर्थात् मनोदशा संबंधित विषय को अपना अच्छा या बुरा रंग प्रदान करते हैं। उदाहरणार्थ -चंद्रमा पर यूरेनस की कठिन दृष्टि हो तो चंद्रमा की स्थिरता डिग जाएगी अर्थात् स्थिर राशि स्थित चंद्रमा की स्थिरता भंग होकर, जलीय चंद्रमा में ज्वार-भाटा होगा व तदनुरूप मानसिकता उतार-चढ़ाव युक्त होगी। कोई ग्रह किसी अन्य ग्रह की दृष्टि में न होने पर भी अपनी राशि स्थिति संबंधित ऊर्जाओं से प्रभावित रहता है अर्थात् स्थित राशि के तत्व, राशि विधि व राशि ध्रुव अनुसार ग्रह के मूल स्वभाव में बदलाव आ जाता है। यह ग्रह जब किसी अन्य ग्रह पर दृष्टि डालता है तो उस ग्रह की दृष्टि में अधिष्ठित राशि का प्रभाव भी सम्मिलित होता है।
गुण का ज्योतिष्य आधार
संस्कृत में गुण का अभिप्राय होता है- रस्सी। गुणनुमा रस्सी व्यक्ति को इस संसार से जोउ़कर रखती है। सतोगुण, तमो गुण एवं रजोगुण विभिन्न परिमाण में प्रत्येक व्यक्ति में समाविष्ट होते हैं। यही कारण है कि प्रत्येक व्यक्ति का आचरण एवं व्यवहार एक-दूसरे से निश्चित ही अलग होता है। जिस तरह तीन मुख्य रंग लाल, पीला और नीला मिलकर विभिन्न रंगों को उत्पन्न करते हैं, उसी प्रकार गुणों के विभिन्न मिश्रण इस संसार में अनंत प्रकार के व्यक्तित्वों का निर्माण करते हैं। जब तक हम इन गुणों की प्रकृति और प्रभाव से अनभिज्ञ रहते हैं, हम इन गुणों से आब( रहते हैं किंतु ज्योंहि हम इन गुणों के प्रभाव को समझ जाते हैं, हम अपने अंतर्मन में सन्निहित गुणों के सम्मिश्रण को समय एवं परिवेश के अनुसार नियंत्रित एवं परिवर्तित कर सकते हैं और अपने जीवन को अधिक सार्थक एवं लोकोपयोगी बना सकते हैं। भगवद्गीता संसार में उत्कृष्टता प्राप्त करने में सहायता प्रदान करती है और हमें सांसारिकता से ऊंचा उठाकर ज्ञान प्राप्ति में भी निश्चित रूप से सहायक होती है। भगवद्गीता मानव के व्यक्तित्व का विश्लेषण संपूर्णता से करती है और हमें हमारी कमजोरियों व शक्तियों से अवगत कराती है। प्रत्येक मानव जड़ और चेतन से मिलकर बना है। इसमें चेतन ही सारभूत है। गीता निस्तार को विलग करने में सहायता प्रदान करती है और केवल आत्म तत्व ही शेष रह जाता है। जड़ तीन गुणों जैसे सत्व, रज और तम से मिलकर बनता है। यही गुण व्यक्ति के विचारों, भावनाओं और कर्मों के बारे में बताते हैं। ये गुण आपके जैनेटिक कोड की तरह होते हैं। ये सब गुण मिलकर आपको इस संसार से जोड़कर रखते हैं। जिस तरह तीन मुख्य रंग लाल, पीला और नीला मिलकर विभिन्न रंगों को उत्पन्न करते हैं, उसी प्रकार गुणों के विभिन्न मिश्रण इस संसार में अनंत प्रकार के व्यक्तित्वों का निर्माण करते हैं। तम का शाब्दिक अर्थ होता है अंधकार अतः तमोगुण एक प्रकार की अकर्मण्यता और उदासीनता की स्थिति उत्पन्न करते हैं जिसकी उत्पत्ति अज्ञानता से होती है। इस अवस्था में श्रेष्ठ गुण छिप जाते हैं और हमारे श्रेष्ठ गुण प्रकट नहीं हो पाते। रजो गुण निराशा और तनाव की वह स्थिति है जिसकी उत्पत्ति लालच, तृष्णा व कामेच्छा से होती है। सत्व गुण मन की वह शांत अवस्था है जहां व्यक्ति अपना श्रेष्ठतम प्रदर्शन करता है। इस अवस्था में मानव मस्तिष्क शांत व विचारशील होता है। यह अवस्था अनथक प्रयास की नैसर्गिक वृत्ति व उत्कृष्टता का प्रतीक है। सभी प्रशासक, खिलाड़ी, किसी भी क्षेत्र के पेशेवर, व्यवसायी इसी अवस्था में पहुंचकर श्रेष्ठतम प्रदर्शन करने की चाह रखते हैं। लेकिन यह बात कोई भी नहीं जानता कि इस अवस्था को कैसे प्राप्त किया जाए। श्रीमद्भगवद्गीता का चैदहवां अध्याय तीन गुणों के बारे में बताता है। इसमें सत्व, रज और तम इन तीन गुणों के बारे में विस्तृत चर्चा की गई है तथा साथ ही स्पष्ट किया गया है कि किस प्रकार ये व्यक्ति को सांसारिकता से जोड़ते हैं। गुण का संस्कृत में अभिप्राय होता है- रस्सी। प्रत्येक व्यक्ति में ये तीनों गुण मौजूद होते हैं। जब तक आप इन गुणों की प्रकृति और प्रभाव से अनभिज्ञ रहते हैं तब तक आप इन गुणों से बंधे रहते हैं। जब आप इन गुणों को समझ जाते हैं तो अपने भीतर समाविष्ट गुणों के सम्मिश्रण को परिवर्तित कर सकते हैं। जब सत्व गुण की अधिकता होती है तो आपका प्रदर्शन श्रेष्ठतम होता है। जब रजो गुण की अधिकता होती है तो लालच, अशांति और तृष्णा दोष से आपका प्रदर्शन निचले स्तर तक गिर जाता है और जब तमो गुण की प्रधानता हो जाए तो भ्रम, लापरवाही व अकर्मण्यता के कारण आपकी पराजय हो जाती है। आप चाहे कितने ही योग्य क्यों न हों लेकिन रजो गुण और तमो गुण का बाहुल्य असफलता ही देता है। इसलिए यह अत्यावश्यक हो जाता है कि आप अपने सतोगुण को बढ़ाएं और रजोगुण का मार्जन करें तथा तमोगुण का दृढ़तापूर्वक उन्मूलन कर दें। इन्हीं गुणों की मात्रा से यह बताया जा सकता है कि मृत्यु के पश्चात् आप किस प्रकार के वातावरण में प्रवेश करेंगे। एक सात्विक व्यक्ति आध्यात्मिक परिवार में जन्म लेता है जहां मानसिक शांति और पवित्रता वाले वातावरण में सत्वगुण खूब पनपता एवं खिलता है। शुद्ध सत्वगुण व्यक्ति को आत्मज्ञान की ओर अग्रसर कर देता है। राजसिक गुण वाले लोग ऐसे परिवार में जन्म लेते हैं जहां लोग जीवन में भौतिक प्राप्तियों व राजसुख भोगने में तत्पर रहते हैं। ऐसा व्यक्ति सांसारिकता में और अधिक लिप्त हो जाता है। तामसिक व्यक्ति सुस्त और मूर्ख व्यक्तियों के परिवार में पैदा होता है। केवल सात्विक पुरुष प्रगति कर पाता है। राजसिक व्यक्ति एक संकीर्ण समूह के अंदर आगे बढ़ता है जबकि तामसिक व्यक्ति का निरंतर पतन होता जाता है। मानव जीवन का उद्देश्य इन तीनों गुणों से परे गुणातीत होकर जीवन, मृत्यु, क्षय, सड़न और दुःख के चक्र से मुक्त होना है। सत्वगुण को बढ़ाएं। रजो गुण व इच्छाओं को नियंत्रित रखें तथा तमोगुण का दृढ़तापूर्वक उन्मूलन करें और फिर देखें कि जीवन में क्या अंतर आता है। अध्याय के अंतिम भाग में उस व्यक्ति के गुणों के बारे में चर्चा की गई है जो इन गुणों से ऊपर उठकर गुणातीत हो गया है। इसमें बताया गया है कि व्यक्ति किस प्रकार ब्राह्मण बनता है। जब आप अपने आस-पास इन गुणों का प्रभाव देखते हैं लेकिन स्वयं इनसे प्रभावित नहीं होते तो फिर आप सच में इन गुणों से ऊपर उठकर गुणातीत व परम ज्ञान व शांति की श्रेष्ठतम अवस्था में पहुंच चुके हैं। यह भगवान बुद्ध का बुद्धत्व है। इसी पथ पर अग्रसर हों तथा अपने एवं समाज के संवर्द्धन एवं समृद्धि का मार्ग प्रशस्त करें। ज्योतिष के अनुसार बृहस्पति को सत्वगुणी ग्रह माना जाता है और ऐसा माना जाता है कि यदि एक बलवान बृहस्पति केंद्र में विराजमान हो तो वह सभी दोषों को दूर कर देता है और अन्य ग्रह कुछ भी अनिष्ट नहीं कर पाते तथा ऐसा व्यक्ति दीर्घजीवी, बुद्धिमान, कुशल वक्ता और योग्य नेता बनता है। इस प्रकार से समस्त ज्योतिष ग्रंथों में बृहस्पति ग्रह का बड़ा ही गौरवपूर्ण वर्णन मिलता है। कहा भी है कि गुरु बिन ज्ञान नहीं या गुरु ग्रह के केंद्रस्थ हुए बिना योग विद्या में रुचि नहीं हो सकती आदि-आदि। बली बृहस्पति ग्रह वाले लोग सांसारिक जीवन में शीघ्रता से उन्नति करने वाले होते हैं। कहते हैं अब्राहम लिंकन की तर्जनी उंगली (गुरु ग्रह की प्रतिनिधि) मध्यमा से अधिक लंबी थी इसलिए उनके जीवन का सफर भी फर्श से अर्श तक का रहा। सद्गुणसंपन्न मनुष्य ही उन्नति की राह पर अग्रसर होता है। चूंकि बृहस्पति व्यक्ति को सद्गुण संपन्न बनाता है इसलिए इस ग्रह से प्रभावित मानव की उन्नति हुई |
