The heart is a four-chambered Electro-muscular pump designed to circulate the blood around the whole body continuously, without even a pause, till the end of life, Infact, it is a pair of pumps placed side by side. The heart is positioned in the chest just over the lower side of the left loave of the lungs. The first situated on the right side of the heart. This pump recovers blood from the body through the veins and ills right ventricle of the heart and then pumps right blood to lungs. The second pump on the left recovers purified bood back from the lungs and fills the left ventricle of the heart and then pumps the blood to the body. Four valves control these functions. The blood supply to the heart muscle (the myocardium) itself is provided by special arteries, called CORONARY arteries. Nearly 72 impulses are passed every minute through myocardium, this generates equal number of heartbeats. In this process, heart muscle develops pressure (blood-pressure) which is responsible for the flow of blood in the body. हृदय रेखा का प्रभाव

हृदय रेखा 16 प्रकार की मानी गई हैः- जगती , राजपददात्री , कुमारी , गान्धारी , सेनानित्वप्रदा , दरिद्रकारी , धृती , वासवी , चम्पकमाला ,वैश्वदेवी , त्रिपदी , महाराजकरी , रमणी , चपलवदना , कुग्रहणी आदि।कभी-कभी हथेली पर बहुत अधिक और कभी-2 बिल्कुल कम रेखाएँ देखने में आती हैं। जीवन रेखा एक ऐसी रेखा है जो प्रत्येक मनुष्य के हथेली में होती है, अन्य रेखाओं की अनुपस्थिति में दूसरी छोटी रेखाओं द्वारा पूर्ण की जाती है।प्रत्येक मनुष्य के हाथ में कुछ गौण और कुछ मुख्य रेखायें होती हैं। ये रेखायें मनुष्य के चारित्रिक गुणों को उत्पन्न करने वाली होती हैं। अतः इनकी उपस्थिति या अनुपस्थिति भी हो सकती है। प्रत्येक मनुष्य के हाथ में कुछ गौण और कुछ मुख्य रेखायें होती हैं। ये रेखायें मनुष्य के चारित्रिक गुणों को उत्पन्न करने वाली होती है। अतः

4. मोटी रेखा- यह रेखा चैड़ायी लिये होती है और पूर्णतः स्पष्ट होती है। मनुष्य के हाथ में गहरी, स्पष्ट और सरल रक्त वर्ण की, हृदय रेखा व्यक्ति को मानवीय गुणों से सम्पन्न करती है। दाहिने हाथ की हृदय रेखा जितनी ज्यादा साफ और गहराई लिये होगी व्यक्ति उतना ही अधिक सरस, न्यायप्रिय तथा परोपकारी माना जाता है। किन्तु हृदय रेखा यदि कटी, टूटी या अस्पष्ट होगी, तो व्यक्ति देखने में, चाहे जितना सज्जन क्यों न हो वह दिल से पापी और कलुषित होगा। ऐसा व्यक्ति असभ्य, बद्चलन चरित्रहीन विवेकशून्य आदि अवगुणों वाला होगा। ऐसे व्यक्तियों का आसानी से यकीन करना अपने आप को धोखा देने के बराबर है। इसका हृदय से सीधा सम्बन्ध माना गया है। जो कि जीवन का प्राथमिक अंग है, जहां से संचालन का नियन्त्रण होता है। निर्दोष और सबल हृदय रेखा स्वस्थ्य हृदय की परिचायक है। करीब एक सौ हाथों में एकाध हथेली ही ऐसी होती है जिसमें हृदय रेखा का अभाव होता है। हथेली में इस रेखा की अनुपस्थिति व्यक्ति के अमानवीय प्रवृत्तियों को स्पष्ट करती है। यह रेखा व्यक्ति को दुर्गुण एवं गुण दोनों प्रदान करती है। प्राचीन हस्तरेखा ग्रन्थों के अनुसार हृदय रेखा तीन स्थानों से शुरु होती है। 1. शनि और गुरु पर्वत के मध्य से 2. गुरु पर्वत के केन्द्र से 3. शनि पर्वत के केन्द्र से।

ii. गुरु पर्वत के केन्द्र से- यह हृदय रेखा मनुष्य के प्रणव सम्बन्धों और स्नेह को आदर्शवादी आधार प्रदान करती है। ऐसे व्यक्ति विषम परिस्थिति एवं आपत्ति काल में भी सम्बन्धों का निर्वाह करने में सफल होते हैं।
iii. शनि पर्वत से- यह हृदय रेखा स्वार्थ भावना उत्पन्न करती है तथा ऐसे लोग वासना के प्रति यकीन रखते हैं। ऐसी भावना रखते हैं कि जिसमें अपना स्वार्थ झलकता हो और प्रेम वासना अधिक पायी जाती है, इसलिए प्रेम सम्बन्धों में स्वार्थी होते हैं।
ii. गुरु पर्वत के केन्द्र से- यह हृदय रेखा मनुष्य के प्रणव सम्बन्धों और स्नेह को आदर्शवादी आधार प्रदान करती है। ऐसे व्यक्ति विषम परिस्थिति एवं आपत्ति काल में भी सम्बन्धों का निर्वाह करने में सफल होते हैं।
iii. शनि पर्वत से- यह हृदय रेखा स्वार्थ भावना उत्पन्न करती है तथा ऐसे लोग वासना के प्रति यकीन रखते हैं। ऐसी भावना रखते हैं कि जिसमें अपना स्वार्थ झलकता हो और प्रेम वासना अधिक पायी जाती है, इसलिए प्रेम सम्बन्धों में स्वार्थी होते हैं।
2.i. मस्तिष्क रेखा के निकट से आरम्भ होने वाली हृदय रेखा असाधारण रूप से दीर्घ हो तो ईष्र्या की भावना उत्पन्न करती है तथा प्रेम सम्बन्धों में ये असफल होते हैं।
2.ii. अधिक दीर्घ हृदयरेखा भावनात्मक प्रवृत्ति को उत्पन्न करने वाली होती है, तथा छोटी हृदय रेखा अच्छी मानी गयी है।
2.iii. हृदय रेखा जिस पर्वत को छूती हुई या स्पर्श करती हुई आगे की ओर जाती है या वहीं झुक जाती है, तो ऐसी हालत में पर्वत विशेष का गुण हृदय में अधिक पाया जाता है।
2.ii. अधिक दीर्घ हृदयरेखा भावनात्मक प्रवृत्ति को उत्पन्न करने वाली होती है, तथा छोटी हृदय रेखा अच्छी मानी गयी है।
2.iii. हृदय रेखा जिस पर्वत को छूती हुई या स्पर्श करती हुई आगे की ओर जाती है या वहीं झुक जाती है, तो ऐसी हालत में पर्वत विशेष का गुण हृदय में अधिक पाया जाता है।
3.i. यदि हृदय रेखा मस्तिष्क रेखा में पूरी तरह शामिल हो जाय, तो उस आयु में हृदय की स्वतंत्र ईकाई नष्ट हो जाती है और हृदय मस्तिष्क को प्रभावित करता है।
3.ii. जब कई सूक्ष्म रेखायें नीचे से चलकर हृदय रेखा पर धावा बोल दें तो व्यक्ति प्रेम का जाल इधर उधर फेंकता फिरता है। निरन्तर किसी को प्रेम न करके वे व्यभिचारी बन जाते हैं।
3.iii. यदि हृदय रेखा चैड़ी और श्रृंखला युक्त हो तथा शनि क्षेत्र से शुरु हो तो वह स्त्री या पुरुष विपरीत लिंग के प्रति आकर्षित नहीं होता तथा एक दूसरे को घृणा की दृष्टि से देखता है।
3.ii. जब कई सूक्ष्म रेखायें नीचे से चलकर हृदय रेखा पर धावा बोल दें तो व्यक्ति प्रेम का जाल इधर उधर फेंकता फिरता है। निरन्तर किसी को प्रेम न करके वे व्यभिचारी बन जाते हैं।

This is not something to be doubted when we learn from Parashar's Hora Shastra that Shani is the natural giver of grief.
In general, Shani is considered the most malefic planet, and the most painful, stressful Yogas involve Shani most of the times. When Shani maleficaly affect something, it slows the matter down and causes obstructions and delays in it’s fruitfulness. Shani also rules separation. It hurts us by taking things away from us. When we face a painful separation from our parents, spouse, friends, or anyone we care for, Shani is always a possibile cause for that. Ketu also causes separation as it rules non-attachment, but separations and delays are among the main significations of Shani. It’s association with Venus / 7th lord causes separation from spouse most of the time. Though the final comment should be made seeing Shani’s strength, placement and lordship, as for Taurus and Libra natives, Shani is a functional benefic being a Yoga Karaka. But even then Shani will not forget to remind his nature sometimes. That is my personal view on this.

On the other hand, when badly afflicting a person’s nature, Shani can make one sadistic, greedy, lazy, dishonest, fearful, irresponsible and even addicted to drugs. Shani causes obstruction, delay, grief, poverty, short life etc. It makes a person totally lonely, helpless and can make one suffer from enmity, theft, lawsuits etc. Shani can also give imprisonment, since it rules obstruction, loneliness and grief.
When causing diseases, Shani generally gives chronic diseases, which the person suffers for a long time. By this it shows again it's nature of slowness and delays.
When badly affecting one’s profession, Shani makes one work very hard, but does not give proper reward he deserves. That is why social servants and people, who earn their living by physical labour, are ruled by Shani. For the same reason Shani rules the Shudras (4th caste) and abodes in filthy places.
For the power of his gaze, Shani has tremendous afflicting ability by it's mere aspects, which it casts on 3rd, 7th and 10th houses from his own position.
Among other planets used in Vedic astrology, Saturn is the last one counted from Sun’s position. That is why Shani Dev rules ‘The last’ or ‘the end’ of anything. It is the ‘Last answer’ in anything. In our material world, death is the end of everything and that is why, Shani rules death and longevity issues. It is the natural significator of 8th house in Astrology. We know that 8th house deals with sorrows, shock, pain, depressions and also occult. That is why Shani also deals with magic, Tantra Jyotish etc.

Thus it takes around 30 years to complete it's travel over the whole zodiac. So it rules slowness and delays and it teaches us how to tolerate slowness and delays, by patience. Maharishi Parashara suggests donating a black cow, or feeding Brahmins with rice cooked with powder of sesame seeds to appease Shani Dev. Shani Dev is a great devotee of Lord Krishna. That is why it has been said that Shani Dev does not create problems for people who worships Lord Krishna (especially on Saturdays)

Kaalsarp Yog
Kaalsarp yoga is said to be formed if all the planets are situated on one side of Rahu/Ketu axis and fi ve houses on the other side of Rahu/ Ketu axis lie vacant. Strictly speaking Kaalsarp Yoga does not fi nd a place in classical astrological literature. How this yoga gained currency and gathered a sinister meaning is still a unsolved riddle. As far as the defi nition of Kaalsarpa Yoga as given above generally holds good but it does not mean that the said Yoga is so dreadful as projected by fellow astrologers so as to create a sense of fear in the minds of common men. Some of the learned persons opine that if all the planets are situated between Ketu and Rahu this yoga does not exist. But irrespective of whether the planets are between Rahu and Ketu or Ketu and Rahu the Yoga technically exists. The general belief is that Kaasarp Yoga is evil restraining all other good yogas present in the horoscope and those having Kaalsarpa Yoga in their horoscopes will have set-backs and reverses in life
(1) In kaalsarp yoga horoscope, the evil gets intensified if the lagna is between Ketu-Rahu. But in case lagna and its lord are strong and well placed these results should not be pronounced.
(2) The evil gets neutralised if lagna is between Rahu-Ketu and lord of lagna is well placed in the horoscope.
(3) The yoga can be considered as defunct even if a single planet is with Rahu or Ketu or out side the Rahu-Ketu-Rahu axis. Thus it is very much loud and clear there is no place for "aanshik kaalsarp yoga".
Rahu must be the main or prominent planet meaning by the yoga is effective only if planets are between Rahu and Ketu. Another factor worth remembering is if the planet/planets associated with Rahu or Ketu are strongly disposed by being in its sign of exaltation or in its mooltrikona or in its own house the impact of Rahu and Ketu is nullified.
The common fear that if Kaalsarp yoga is fully present in the birth chart the effects of other good planetary combinations get nullified, whereas this statement does not have any logic since kaalsarp yoga itself does not harm but problem arises when the other planet/planets are not in state of delivering good results. सूर्य का व्रत
सूर्य के अरिष्ट अर्थात पीड़ा निवृत्ति के लिये चैत्र, मार्गशीर्ष (अगहन) के शुक्ल पक्ष से रविवार का व्रत सूर्यं नारायण के निमित्त रखना चाहिये । शुक्ल पक्ष के पहले रविवार से प्रारम्भ करके १२ व्रत कम से कम रखने चाहियें ।
सर्वप्रथम प्रात:काल उठकर शौच, स्नान आदि से निवृत होकर लाल रंग का वस्त्र धारण करना चाहिये । यदि लाल वस्त्र न धारण कर सके तो व्रत वाले दिन आप एक लाल रंग का अंगोछा (नैपकिन) रूमाल या तौलिया इत्यादि उपयोग करके व्रत की उपयोगिता सिद्ध का सकते हैं ।
भगवान सूर्य नारायण को गन्ध, अक्षत, पुष्प, धूप, दीप, नैवेध से भगवान सूर्य को जल (अध्र्य) चढाना चाहिये तथा १०८ बार सूर्यं नारायण के बीज मन्त्र क्रा जप करना चाहिये ।

शीर्ष-रेखा का प्रारम्भ
बृहस्पति-क्षेत्र के नीचे तथा जीवन-रेखा के प्रारम्भ के ऊपरी भाग से प्रारम्भ होकर मंगल के प्रथम क्षेत्र या चन्द्र-गोत्र की ओर यह जाती है । बहुत से हाथों में यह वृहस्पति-क्षेत्र के अन्दर से प्रारम्भ होती है या कभी-कभी जीवन-रेखा के भीतर मंगल के द्वितीय क्षेत्र से ही प्रारम्भ हो जाती है । यदि बृह्रस्पति-क्षेत्र से प्रारम्भ हो और शीर्ष-रेखा तथा जीवन-रेखा प्रारम्भ में एक दूसरे से स्पर्श करती हों तो इसका प्रारम्भ शुभ समझना चाहिये । यह योग रेखा को बल प्रदान करता है और यदि रेखा लम्बी भी हो तो बलिष्ठ रेखा समझनी चाहिए । ऐसा व्यक्ति शासन में निपुण होता है और उसमें अधिकार तथा महत्वाकांक्षा की भावना प्रबल होती है । बुहस्पति-क्षेत्र से संयोग होने के कारण शीर्ष-रेखा में उदात्त भावना और महत्वाकांक्षा के साथ-साथ न्यायप्रियता, दयालुता और समझदारी भी होती है, इस कारण वह अधिकार प्रयोग में उद्दण्डता या कठोरता का व्यवहार नहीं करता । जीवन-रेखा से योग होने के कारण उससे बौद्धिक शक्ति का प्राणशक्ति से समन्वय होता है । वह साहसपूर्वक कार्य को आगे बढाता है किन्तु विचार, सावधानी और सतर्कता भी उसमें पर्याप्त मात्रा में होती है ।यदि वृहस्पति के क्षेत्र से तो शीर्ष-रेखा प्रारम्भ हो किन्तु जीवन-रेखा से इसका योग न हो, दोनों में थोडा अन्तर हो तो ऐसे जातक में उपर्युक्त गुण तो विद्यामान होंगे किन्तु सतर्कता और सावधानी कम होगी । साहस अधिक होने से बिना गुण-दोष का विचार किये वह काम को जरुदी से कर डालेगा । 'नीति' की अपेक्षा उसमें साहस विशेष होगा । इसलिए जिन कार्यों में सहसा साहसपूर्वक कार्य निपटा लेना चाहिए उनमें उसे सफलता मिलेगी किन्तु अदूरदर्शिता के दुष्परिणाम से भी ऐसे लोग नहीं बच सकते ।

Saturn is aspecting 4th house while 6th lord is placed in Cancer sign. Here Moon is combust too. Mercury is in 8th house afflicted by Saturn with other malefics also. When it passes through Aries, Cancer, Leo, Scorpio and Pisces it gives malefic result. जैसे पहले बताया गया है कि ये भोले होते हैं । ये सरल प्रकृति के स्वामी होते है । पुल-कपट करना इन्हें नहीं जाता तथा ये धोखा भी सहज है खा जाते हैं । कोई भी व्यक्ति इन्हें चिकनी- चुपडी बातें करके ठग सकता है । ये सब कुछ जानते भी ये बार-बार ठगे अथवा धोखा खाकर भी कुछ नहीँ बोलते।किसी को कुछ कह सकना इनके वश की बात ही नहीं है चाहे सामने वाला कितनी हानि भी कर दे । किसी को, मूलांक दो वाले 'न' में कम ही उतर देते है।मूलांक दो वाले व्यक्ति माता के साथ अधिक सम्बन्धिक होते है। ओर पिता की तो कभी-कभी आज्ञा भी नहीं मानते । ये स्वयं भी अच्छे मा-बाप बनते है तथा अपने मां-बाप के साथ अच्छे सम्बन्ध बनाईं रखने के इच्छुक होते हैं । इसमें भी सन्देह नहीँ कि मूलांक दो वाले पुरुषों में स्त्री गुलों की प्रधानता रहती है । रहन-सहन का ढंग, बनाव-श्रृंगार, स्वभाव तथा बाते करने के तरीका से पता चल जाता है कि पुरूष का मूलांक दो तो सकता है।
धन संग्रह अथवा जमा करना इनका स्वभाव होता है 'धन-प्राप्त तथा जमा करके वे बहुत प्रसन्न होते है । इन्हें धन के पीर भी कहा जा सकता है । धन अथवा पैसों के साथ तो यह चिपक सो जाते हैं । ये स्वयं दान कम ही देते है परन्तु दूसरों को दान करने अथवा देने के प्रेरित करते है तथा स्वयं भी धन प्राप्ति की कोई ऐसी योजना बना लेते है ।
चूँकि इनकी बुद्धि-विवेक उत्तम होता है, अत: दूसरों को उस क्षेत्र में अपने से निम्न ही समझते हैं। ये अच्छे साथी, निःस्वार्थी तथा मेल जोल रखने वाले होते है । इनका कार्य करने का सलीका, अनुशासन का ढंग अपना ही होता है । मूलांक दो वाले व्यक्ति सामने वाले व्यक्ति के मन की थाह तक पहुचने में अत्मधिक सक्षम होते है। किसी के
आतंरिक विचारों को ये शीघ्र भाँप जाते है ।
मूलांक दो वाली स्त्रियाँ भावुक, संवेदनशील, विचार शील, आत्म-प्रशंसक तथा चतुर होती है। ये स्पष्टवादी, कल्प्नाप्रिय, स्वच्छता एवं सौन्दर्य को पसन्द करती है । ये त्याग, सहानुभुति एवं ममता की मूर्ति होती है । उसे बनाव श्रृंगार बहुत पसन्द होता है । ये किसी का दुख दर्द नहीं देख सकती। उनमें दूसरों को परखने की अदभुत क्षमता होती है परिस्थिति और समय अनुसार ये अपने आपको बदल भी लेती है। मूलांक दो वाली स्त्रियाँ कलात्मक सौन्दर्ययुक्त वस्तुएँ बनाने अथवा परखने में विशेष निपुण्य होती है। ये छोटी सी बात को भी मन में रखती हैं तथा इसी कारण दुखी रहती है । इसको छोटी-छोटी बातें भी चुभती रहती है। इसी कारण इनमें कईं बार बदले की भावना भी उत्पन्न हो जाती है । मूलांक दो वाली रित्रयों में हठ, क्रोध तथा जिद्द कुछ अधिक ही होता है । वह अपनी बात मनवाने के लिए भावुकता का प्रदर्शन भी करती है। मूलांक दो वाली स्त्रियाँ परिश्रमी बहुत होती है तथा इन्मे हकूमत करने प्रशासन चलाने तथा नौकरी करने की भावना प्रबल होती है ।
